If you are having trouble remembering your password or would simply like to change it, please use the following steps listed below.

Reset your password

Visit the Password Reset page
Enter your email address and click Recover Password
Check your inbox for the password reset email (please allow up to 15 minutes)
Click the reset link in the email
Type in your new password and click Update Password

Note: If you do not receive the email, we recommend checking your Spam/Junk folders. You can also add us to your Safe Senders list. Please click here for instructions on how to do this.

Change your password

Log in to your Coinmama account
Click on Profile & Security
In the Update password section, fill out your old password and preferred new password
