COINMAMA DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS
General promotions terms
Interpretation. In these Terms & Conditions: (1) the terms “Coinmama”, “You”, “Third Party Transaction”, “Third-Party Service Provider”, and “Promotion” shall have the meanings ascribed to them in Coinmama's general terms of use; and (2) the party referred to as ‘Paybis’ shall mean the Third-Party Service Provider “Paybis” cited in article 6.2.1 to Coinmama's general terms of use.
Eligibility. To participate in any Promotion: (i) You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and legally competent; (ii) You must not be a resident of sanctioned jurisdictions according to any trade embargoes such as the UN Security Council Resolutions (“UNSCR”) or HM Treasury’s financial sanctions regime; and (iii) you must not be currently the subject of or subject to economic sanctions such as the United Nations Security Council Sanctions List, the list of specially designated nationals maintained by OFAC, the denied persons or entity list of the U.S. Department of Commerce or any similar list maintained by any other relevant sanctions authority.
Exclusion of UK Customers. All Promotions shall not be applicable to any person from the United Kingdom (UK).
Applicability of Coupons. Any Promotion rendered through the use of a coupon code shall be applicable exclusively to Third-Party Transactions facilitated through the Third-Party Service Provider 'Paybis'.
Acceptance of T&C’s. By participating in any Promotion, the user accepts and agrees to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
Termination. You acknowledge that we reserve the right to terminate any Promotions or discounts at any time in our sole discretion and without any prior notice.
The aforementioned terms apply to ALL Promotions offered by Coinmama. Additional terms may apply per specific promotion or discount as described below.

2024 Double Your Crypto terms ("Rules")
The raffle
These Rules are subject to the General Promotions Terms above.
Coinmama, (the “Sponsor”), is offering a raffle; The Double Your Crypto (“Raffle”) to qualifying customers who agree to these Rules (“Participant” or “Participants”), and who complete “Eligible Transaction(s)” on www.coinmama.com (the “Platform”). An Eligible Transaction means a purchase transaction in which the Participant is purchasing cryptocurrency, which is not a privacy coin, for fiat, where the fiat payment has been completed and not disputed.
Participants can enter as many times as they like – each Eligible Transaction will be entered into the draw for one (1) chance to win.
The Raffle includes a daily draw (“Daily Draw”) which will be held between 1 March 2024 and 31 March 2024 as determined by Sponsor (“Eligible Period”). The Eligible Period is subject to change at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
The Daily Draw will include all Eligible Transactions made on the same day, out of which a single Eligible Transaction shall be selected at random (“Winning Transaction”), under the supervision of our lawyer or accountant. The Participant associated with the Winning Transaction (“Winner”) will be entitled to receive the same amount of the same cryptocurrency as in the Winning Transaction (“Daily Prize”). Notwithstanding the aforementioned, each Daily Prize is limited to the lower of: (a) 110% of the USD value of the Winning Transaction, or; (b) the value of USD $5,000. Sponsor will use industry standards and reasonable transaction fees to determine current cryptocurrency prices.
Daily Prize delivery
If selected as a Winner, the Participant acknowledges that the Daily Prize will be sent to the same wallet address used in the Winning Transaction; Alternatively, to a fresh wallet address, in which the receiving of the Daily Prize is the first transaction ever made.
Participants acknowledge that Sponsor has the right to refuse any wallet address that does not meet its specifications, and that if Winner cannot provide a valid wallet address within 7 days of winning, they must forfeit their Daily Prize/s.
Employees of the Sponsor and its affiliates as well as their immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible.
The Raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, municipal, territorial and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. Winner is responsible for ensuring local / applicable taxation laws and regulations are complied with.
Participation implies Participant's full and unconditional agreement to the general Terms and Conditions, as well as these Rules, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Raffle. Receipt of any prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
Release from liability:
By participating in the Raffle, Participant releases Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, directors, agents, and others associated with the implementation and/or operation of such Raffle, from and against any and all injury, loss, or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in Raffle and/or the acceptance, awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of any prize. The Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware, software, telephone or other communications malfunctions, errors or failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, website, Internet or ISP availability, unauthorized human intervention, traffic congestion, incomplete or inaccurate capture of entry information (regardless of cause) or failed, incomplete or delayed computer transmissions which may limit one’s ability to enter the Raffle, including any damage or injury to Participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to, or resulting from, participating in the Raffle.
Privacy:
Any information Participant submits as part of this Raffle will be treated in accordance with the Rules and with Coinmama’s privacy policy.
By entering the Raffle, Participant consents to the use of his or her name, any profile photos used during the Raffle, and any other information given by Participant and acknowledges that there will be no payment or compensation for said information. Participant may also elect to remain anonymous if chosen and must affirmatively request said anonymity.
Disputes:
Except where prohibited, Participant agrees that any disputes, claims or causes of action arising out of, or in connection with the Raffle or any Prize awarded, as well as all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Rules, are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of Ontario, Canada, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
General:
The Company may alter these terms and conditions without limitation, in particular where required for security reasons, changes to applicable law or regulation, or circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control.
By participating in this Raffle, Participant explicitly agrees to these Rules, along with any other terms of use Sponsor publishes and/or makes use of in ordinary course of business.
